At Storm Fitness, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer store credit under the following conditions:

Store Credit Only: Returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Exclusions: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Items within our Essentials collections are final sale.

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

Inspection and Approval:

• All returned items will undergo an inspection upon receipt to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Right to Refuse: Storm Fitness reserves the right to refuse a return if the item fails inspection. Items that do not meet our standards will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Ship the item back using the instructions provided by our team. Storm Fitness is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost packages during transit.

Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
